“I was thrilled to accept the Best Places to Work award for Remi. This award showcases the amazing culture created by a fantastic group of employees,” said Dana Upshaw, Remi’s Chief Revenue Officer.

The Charlotte Business Journal compiles its list from voluntary employee survey results, administered by Quantum Workplace. This year’s results highlight Remi’s employee satisfaction in a number of areas, including future success, trusted leadership, and employee benefits. Employee comments included remarks about the company’s “positive and fun work environment,” how Remi “gives back to the community” all year long, and that leadership “listens and cares about the employees.”

One comment in particular sums up how employees feel about working at Remi. “I love my company! Not only do they provide a comfortable, safe, positive work environment, but they actually care about you as a person. They are always understanding of any personal issues I may have, and believe in putting family first.” The employee goes on to say, “When we work hard, Remi rewards us! Each department has 2 hours per month and a budget to have planned Employee Engagement Activities every month. We really like the chance to unwind and have a little fun with our co-workers! This job has been the biggest blessing of my life!”
